ISHS membership holders are granted the right to a presentation. Non-ISHS members need to pay the abstract submission charge in the ISHS website for the presentation.

To learn more about ISHS membership or to become a member, visit the ISHS website. In addition to a discounted IHC2026 registration fee and the abstract submission charge being waived, a full list of membership benefits can be found at https://www.ishs.org/ishs-membership-benefits. The ISHS offers a discount on ISHS membership fees for students, early career professionals, retired members, and citizens from countries with a classification other than “high income” or “upper middle income” on the country classification list by The World Bank.

For new applications for ISHS membership after July 31, 2025, ISHS will append membership for 2026 at no additional cost. See more information on ISHS website (https://www.ishs.org/members). This policy will not be applied to renewal application.

About online registration system in IHC2026

IHC2026 uses three separated systems for registration: Confit is used for registration for attendance of the congress. Abstract submission for oral/poster presentation will be made via the ROSA system of the ISHS. For abstract submission, please visit the symposium page you wish to submit an abstract from the list of symposia. You will find a link to ROSA there.

During the registration process in the Confit, you are asked to give us your abstract submission information. Giving information about abstract submission is not compulsory for the registration for participation in IHC2026 in the Confit, but is recommended for those who have a presentation in the congress, to facilitate the verification of abstract acceptance.

In addition, the Art-Tourist system is used to apply for options not included in the registration fee (i.e., post-congress tours, Gala Dinner, 1-day technical tours, and Scientific events on Aug. 28), and for other services such as an invitation letter and documents for Visa application. This system is so far not opened, and we expect it will open in the first quarter of 2026. We will inform you when the system is available.
